Sweet 6 year old
This past week we celebrated Noelle's 6th birthday!!! I can hardly believe it....6 sounds so old. Noelle, we are so proud of the person that you are! You are beautiful, inside and out. You are so smart and incredibly gifted: this past year you learned to ride a bike with no training wheels, you learned to read, you learned how to do math, and most importantly you accepted Jesus into your heart!! What a year! I can hardly even begin to imagine what this next year will hold. We love your imagination, and we love the way you often choose to be generous with others. We love it when you include your brother and sister, especially when you are playing with your friends, like this morning in church when you were dancing with your friends and asked Elliott if he'd like to join you. You know what else we love about you? Your sense of humour! You love to be goofy and make others laugh:) We love it that you ask lots of questions: smart people are smart because they ask lots of questions! We love it that you listen to God's voice, like when He spoke to you and asked you to give your money to help the kids that your Sunday School class supports, and you obeyed! Our hope and prayer for you is that you continue to seek Him, and listen to His voice: He has big plans for you, Noelle! We are so blessed to have you in our family!

My little girl has creativity coming out of her ears! Everything she does is creative. This is what she created with her food the other night:)

The Best Compliment...
This week at our homeschool co-op, we were having a Show-and-Tell, and I was telling the kids that they should pick one of their favourite things to bring to tell the other kids about. My big girl, who seems to be growing up so fast at times, said she wanted to bring me!!!!! How that blessed my heart:)

We like to move it move it!
I think it is so funny how the kids can have so much fun just running back and forth in our humble little home, it makes me smile! I love their enthusiasm for life:)
snow much fun
Do you remember a couple of weeks ago when it was warm enough that you could send the kids outside to play? And the snow actually stuck together? Well, my kids really enjoyed it! And I don't think they've played outside since.....I hope it warms up soon!
